Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and creative Business Developer to support the development and execution of training programs, employee engagement activities, and marketing initiatives. The role will assist in promotional and marketing activities for the company’s services.
This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to coordinate events and communicate effectively with clients and partners.
Job duties
- Responsible for planning and organizing employee engagement events, wellness days, and retreats.
- Ensure that client requirements are accurately applied in the design and delivery of trainings, wellness programs, and events.
- Follow up preparation of program’s materials, presentations, and schedules with the trainers and facilitators.
- Conduct research on wellness trends and engagement activities.
- Prepare the company’s annual plan by coordinating with clients to check their availability throughout the year.
- Maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, HR, or wellness programs (preferred).
- Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and presentation tools.
- Interest in wellness, employee engagement, and personal development.
